Bård Bratlie, born
in Oslo - Norway in 1975.
Masters
degree at The Norwegian State
Academy of Music in 2004 with
contemporary music as his speciality.
Nevertheless, he has appeard as soloist in several
pieces as f ex Bach’s
St. Matthew
passion (Jesus) and Christmas Oratory, Requiem
,The Crowning Mass
and
Mass in c-minor by Mozart,
The
Creation by Haydn, Messiah and Dettinger
te deum
by Haendel and Requiem by
Faurè,
Duruflè and Dvorak,
just to mention some.
Bratlie is often heard in pieces of more reson dates
as Abstrakte Oper by
Blacher,
Maxwell-Davies’ Eight Songs for
a Mad King, La testa d’Adriana by Schafer as well
as
works by
several norwegian
and scandinavian composers. He has also done several
first time preformances. As an
ensemble musician, he is
long experienced as a
member of The Norwegian Soloist Choir.
